Privacy policy
Visarea Travel sends notifications about free visa appointment dates and books appointments through a manager. This page explains what data we receive, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- Website: anonymous visit statistics via Google Analytics (Google Tag Manager) — pages, device, approximate location, clicks on contact links. Google cookies are used.
- Telegram bots and manager chat: Telegram ID and username, chosen countries and visa centres, subscription and payment status, and what you write to the manager.
We do not collect passport data through the website or ads. Documents you send to the manager yourself are used only for your booking.
Why
- To send the notifications you subscribed to and to book your appointment.
- To see which pages and ads are useful and avoid showing needless ads.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data. It is processed by the services we use:
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — ad clicks and the fact that you messaged us or started the bot, via the Conversions API, to measure ads.
- Google — website statistics and subscription records (Google Sheets).
- Telegram — bots and chats.
- Payment providers — only when you pay.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for your subscription or booking, and no longer than accounting and law require.
How to delete your data
Message our manager on Telegram asking to delete your data and name your Telegram account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm. You can unsubscribe in the bot at any time; analytics cookies can be turned off in your browser settings.
